We can go to most of the hotels located in the Riviera Maya (Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen) and for the Tulum area we only offer pickups at Super Aki Tulum, contact us to inform us of your hotel and verify if we can pick you up. In case we cannot pick you up, we will assign you one of our strategic meeting points (for Playa el Carmen the strategic points are Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen and Souvenirs Playa).
The use of video cameras in Chichen Itzá is subject to an additional charge that is paid at the ticket office located at the entrance of the archaeological zone.
